:: A Nostalgia for Polish Piano Music
(Concert announcement)
In the second round of the cycle, "Nostalgia for Polish Piano Music" we enter the world of waltzes and will attempt to take a bright look behind the masks of a typical ballroom dance where the excitement of this lively dance comes to life. The splendor of the waltz is entrusted to the glittering technique Daniel Wnukowski, pianist Polish-Canadian, who has already made known to the Roman public while performing, among other things, in 2007 at the festival "Uto Ughi per Roma". The concert will take place at the Ghione Theatre where Wnukowski will interpret the waltzes of Chopin, Schumann, Ravel, Moszkowski and ending with Stachowski and his modern take on the waltz idiom.
